Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

  • ✔ Booking can be done up to 180 days before or minimum 3 hours before the trip.
  • ✔ Book via www.taxitrip.in or call +91-92659 69313.
  • ✔ Advance payment is required and adjusted in final fare.
  • ✔ You’ll get car and driver info at least 8 hours prior to trip (2 hours for one-way).

Note: If vehicle breaks down or isn’t available, we’ll try to send a replacement or refund your advance.

Booking Modification

  • ✔ Modify date/time up to 24 hours in advance without fee (subject to availability).
  • ✔ Call +91-92659 69313 or email Info@taxitrip.com.
  • ✔ Post-trip modifications possible at extra cost, depending on availability.

Payment After Advance

Remaining balance is paid directly to the driver via Cash/UPI. No cards or cheques. If advance exceeds trip amount, refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.

Cancellation – Hatchback, Sedan, SUV

  • ✔ >24 hrs before pickup: 75% refund
  • ✔ 12–24 hrs: 40% penalty
  • ✔ 6–12 hrs: 50% penalty
  • ✔ <6 hrs: 100% penalty
  • ✔ Our cancellation: 100% refund

Cancellation – Luxury Cars

  • ✔ >30 days: 100% refund
  • ✔ <20 days: 30% penalty
  • ✔ <10 days: 50% penalty
  • ✔ <7 days: 100% penalty
  • ✔ Our cancellation: 100% refund

Cancellation – Tempo Traveller / Bus

  • ✔ >20 days: 100% refund
  • ✔ <10 days: 30% penalty
  • ✔ <7 days: 50% penalty
  • ✔ <4 days: 100% penalty
  • ✔ Our cancellation: 100% refund

Cancellation – Tour Packages

  • ✔ >30 days: 100% refund
  • ✔ <20 days: 30% penalty
  • ✔ <10 days: 50% penalty
  • ✔ <7 days: 100% penalty
  • ✔ Our cancellation: 100% refund

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. No refunds accepted via WhatsApp or SMS requests.
