By booking a ride with TaxiTrip, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. These ensure clarity, transparency, and a hassle-free experience for both passengers and our team.

• • Car air-conditioner will not be working in hilly areas or when the vehicle is not in motion.
• • Parking charges are excluded and must be paid directly by the passenger to the driver.
• • Waiting time after arrival at the pickup point is free for the first 30 minutes. Post that, ₹2 per minute will be charged by the driver.
• • Sedan allows 2 medium bags. SUV allows up to 3 bags.
• • Vehicle type is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• • Driver details will be shared within 6 hours prior to your trip.
• • Pets are strictly not allowed inside the vehicle.
• • Keep all toll, state tax, parking, and any additional receipts. TaxiTrip is not responsible for providing those invoices.
• • Time and kilometers will be calculated from our garage and back, not from pickup/drop point.
• • Driver allowances, if any, are extra and will be clearly mentioned.
• • Toll, Permit, Border Tax, and Parking are to be paid directly by the customer as per actuals.
• • Festival & Peak Season pricing may differ. Rates mentioned are not valid during such periods.
• • Night Charges between 11 PM – 5 AM: ₹300 extra driver allowance.
• • Outstation Round Trip: Minimum 300 km/day applies. Extra charges may occur after 12 midnight.
• • Cancellation charges of ₹250 apply if canceled within 2 hours of pickup time.
• • Final payment must be made at the end of the trip minus any advance paid.
• • In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be arranged based on proximity and availability.
